Vision Force launcher

Meridian

The launcher for Rocket Racing Reborn. It installs the game from Epic’s own CDN, keeps it repaired, and gets you racing in one click.

Meridian 1.0.3

One ecosystem

Three surfaces, one grid

The game you race, the launcher that runs it, and the place where new tracks come from. Meridian is the middle of the three.

What it does

A launcher that earns the word

01Install

Straight from Epic's CDN

Meridian downloads Rocket Racing from Epic's own content network, the same files the retail installer fetches, and no Epic account is needed. Stop it any time and it resumes where it left off, and a repair pass verifies every file on disk against what the CDN serves.

02Update

Updates that prove themselves

The launcher checks for new builds on its own. An update only installs if its signature matches the signing key built into Meridian, so a tampered download is refused instead of run.

03Play

One click, the whole stack

Sign in once with your Vision Force key. Press Play and Meridian brings up everything the game needs to reach our servers, then takes it back down again when you are done.

04Everyday

Out of the way until you need it

Meridian lives in the system tray rather than on your taskbar, and meridian:// quick launch links open it straight from a browser or from Discord.

05Safety

What it changes on your machine, in plain words

While the game is running, Meridian adds a block to the Windows hosts file and a per-user certificate so the game talks to Vision Force servers instead of ones that no longer answer. Both are removed when Meridian closes.

Quiet answers

Can anyone play right now?

Not yet. Rocket Racing Reborn is invite-only today. Ask for access on the game page, and once you are approved you generate a key that Meridian uses to sign you in.

Does Meridian cost anything?

No. The launcher and the game are free. Vision Force is a fan-made project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games or Psyonix.

Windows warns that it does not recognise the publisher.

That is SmartScreen reacting to a new installer rather than to anything it found: choose More info, then Run anyway. Updates that Meridian installs for itself are verified against the signing key built into the launcher.

What does it leave on my machine?

The game files where you chose to install them, and the launcher itself. The hosts entry and the per-user certificate it uses while the game runs are removed when it closes.
